This particular video product is a gem. With the first 5 routines alone, which feature the best editing, soundtrack and voiceovers out of all 25 workouts, you get more advice than any other book on exercise ever read, including my own. As if watching these people come to life from the pages of all the magazines weren't enough, you actually learn something. What I am making available is still worth its weight in gold... If you listen closely to the advice given during any particular training session (over 2 dozen of them are on this CD), you will not only discover how much I was able to teach some of the supposedly knowledgeable clients featured but you will also recognize how I cleverly geared things towards not only the seasoned pro but beginners as well. For a long time I felt it was too bad these tapes never got an official release on a widespread level but then again, I might not be able to offer what I am today if we did hit the networks. I wouldn't have turned to the net on my own, ran my own sites, published my own books and remained so up front and personal with you. Could you imagine a Don Lemmon website where I didn't answer my own mail? Contact my own clients? It would NOT be the same... And these videos are not any different than what my site offers... Something unique... So what are these videos like? I think you can see with all the success I have had... The Don Lemmon's Know How books, Know How Nutritionals, magazines, novels and so much more coming (including a family with a famous woman that I adore)... I think you know I am completely happy with my life and when I complain about this project and a few of those involved, it is with reason. Don't believe me? That is fine because I have included a number of behind the scenes shots from the filming so you could see this industry isn't all fun and games and your stars aren't always perfectly behaved despite their pristine images! And there is a lot of footage to share. Six hours worth... Again, the CD of videos I am offering now are extremely educational but I can tell you that all day long and unless you have had experience with me in the past, you will believe it's just a sales pitch... I think you can tell, despite the things you learn, it's the antics you aren't expecting on an exercise or workout video that are worth the price of admission! In reality, all the problems on one shoot were due to the bad attitude of one girl spreading like poison to the rest of the cast. The same thing happening again with a different girl at fault on the next two shoots. If those three were eliminated, we probably would have finished the day without a single issue, besides editing.... Definitely, if you listen to our discussions throughout the clips you will know the info couldn't be bought from any other trainer on earth. It's the drama, the headache, the senseless behavior... That's what I can't forget... The unnecessary delays during the editing process... Inexcusable holdups on top of uncooperative talent... Footage that either couldn't be used as planned or video that wasn't ready on time... Damaged goods... Combine it all together and a year after it all began, the summer of 1997... I sat with a letter in my hand stating the TV shopping channel that was once gung ho was no longer interested in my bringing my larger than life fitness stars to their airwaves. Since then, so much has changed. I am not implying my advice has changed but the methods I wish to promote or release it has. That's why, here we are, years later, after a long battle over rights, concepts and such, I have finally decided to release my exercise videos originally shot for QVC (one of the many American home shopping networks). I know I just ranted for the past hour about how much my life sucked from June of 1996 to June of 1997 but truth be told, I am finally letting the public benefit from this work for the first time since it was completed and benefit you will by watching these videos. Why is it in RAW Unedited format instead of completed, super high quality, over the top, ready for TV sort of stuff? As stated, the original editing was never completed as I requested. The original footage wasn't shot as I requested. While it may be 'alright' in the eyes of some people, I just couldn't accept things like speeding up a soundtrack to fit in shorter film segments, using angles not beneficial to the viewer... Oh, you get the point... And I was double charged for what was 'completed' leaving me little interest in redoing it all one more time. To top it off, after 6 years, I negotiated to buy the original tapes that the editor held while asking to get paid more than I initially agreed... And when they arrived... They wouldn't play! We tried everything, my wife is an expert on video production, and they were useless. Possibly stored next to something magnetic, but the footage... Lost... Forever... Except for the original dubs I was sent to review when we first shot it all... And that is why we offering it RAW, unedited, not DVD quality, but still worth the energy so I am allowing you to.... And mind you I really could easily be charging double what I do for this presentation alone... "We Are Releasing The QVC Exercise Workout Videos From 1997!"
